ABOUT

 

I interned at omens studios pte ltd in their lighting department.  During my internship there, I lighted over 20 episodes for the TV series "LEO the wildlife ranger" and one of the shot that I lighted was used in the opening sequence. 

I specialize in 3d modelling, sculpting and rigging. 

I have done modelling freelance work for online communities like Deviantart and freelance.com. I have done commissions for online art communities like deviantart.
 

I aspire to be a modeller at a respected studio one day, where I am surrounded with colleagues who appreciate my art. I would also like to be hired into an environment where it is a challenge every day to meet the standards. I think that it is more enjoyable to be in an environment where my skillset can be tested.

 

As a child, I always had a curiosity towards creating sculptures, I always wondered how did artists in the past start from stone cubes and end up with statues of greek gods. During my 3 years in SP I spent all my time learning new ways to model hard surface, organic creatures. I love exploring what I can do with the 3d mesh.

I spend my free time developing new rigging ideas for Mecha hard surface or organic humanoids. I like to challenge both the artistic aspect of modelling and problem solving aspect of rigging and I feel that these two skillsets complement each other.
